Immigration News - Brazil Humanitarian visa for Ukrainian nationals extended Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) October 12, 2022 IMPACT – MEDIUM The Brazilian government has extended the availability of its humanitarian visa for Ukrainian nationals and stateless persons affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Key Points: Ukrainian nationals and stateless persons displaced by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine remain eligible for a two-year residence permit that allows them to live and work in Brazil. Those who are eligible for the humanitarian visa can submit applications at any Brazilian consulate or while in Brazil. Applicants should bring a valid passport, travel documentation from Ukraine to Brazil and a non-criminal records certificate. New applications can be made until March. 3, 2023, subject to further extensions. Additional Information: More information regarding the two-year residence permit is available here.
