Key takeaways: Certain EAD automatic extension periods eliminated. Various regulatory and policy developments have either reduced or eliminated the length and availability of automatic extensions of TPS-based Forms I-766, Employment Authorization Documents, for qualifying TPS applicants and beneficiaries. M-274, Handbook for Employers, updated accordingly. Sections 5.0 through 5.3 of the M-274, Handbook for Employers, have been revised to reflect these regulatory changes.
