Our needs are diverse, but typically we hire in the following areas:
Attorneys, Immigration Managers: Our immigration attorneys and immigration managers work closely with our immigration professionals to handle clients’ casework. They gain a deeper understanding of immigration laws and processes, develop their managerial skills, and build lasting relationships with clients. We are particularly looking for those with direct experience in global immigration. As with every position at BAL, we also place a high value on a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and to work in a team-oriented culture.
Paralegals, Immigration Advisors, Consular Services Advisors: We hire three types of professionals to assist with client work: paralegals, immigration advisors, and consular services advisors. These professionals are integral members of our collaborative teams. They assist with every phase of case preparation: gathering, analyzing, researching, organizing information, and preparing legal documents.
Professional Staff: BAL also hires for a wide range of professional staff positions, many of which are client-facing and all of which are essential to the successful management of our firm. Our professional teams include the following:
