The French government recently simplified posted worker notifications requirements.

Key Points:

  • Employers are allowed to submit posted worker notifications through SIPSI.
  • When submitting posted worker notifications through SIPSI, employers are no longer required to include:
    • Work hours.
    • Nature of dangerous material/work processes used.
    • Contract signature dates.
    • Reimbursement information.
  • Authorities now allow companies to digitally store documents that are required at work locations instead of having the physical documents.
