Key Points: Similar to the Trusted Employer Scheme and the Trusted Tour Operator Scheme (TTOS), eligible applicants gain access to accelerated secure visa processing through a digital platform. With a dedicated governance and adjudication team overseeing it, the STAGES process cuts turnaround times to as little as 24 hours. Eligibility is determined by a track record of operation, demonstrated economic impact and documented legal compliance, as described in the gazette. Companies are invited to submit expressions of interest to join STAGES by visiting the TTOS PORTAL and clicking on the relevant link. This alert has been provided by the BAL Global Practice Group.
