The Brazilian government has announced that it lifted its travel ban on all countries and updated its entry requirements.

Key Points:

  • Foreign nationals from India, South Africa and the United Kingdom can now enter the country without having to quarantine.
  • To enter Brazil by air, travelers must:
    • Present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours or a negative antigen test taken with 24 hours of departure.
    • Complete a health declaration form.
  • Land borders remain closed to all nonresident foreigners unless they need to board a flight to return to their home country.
