What is the change? Japan has announced several changes that relax the visa requirements for Indian and Ukrainian nationals.
What does the change mean? Beginning in January, Indian nationals will benefit from a simplified visa application and expanded eligibility for multiple-entry visas to Japan. Ukrainian nationals will be eligible for longer duration multiple-entry visas for business travel and multiple-entry visas for tourists and others.
Background: Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the following changes:
