Peru’s government enacted legislation introducing a resident visa for digital nomads on Nov. 14.
Key Points:
BAL Analysis: Eligibility requirements have not yet been published. The digital nomad visa will provide a new immigration pathway for remote workers aimed at attracting greater foreign investment and talent. BAL will continue to provide updates once the regulations are published and the visa officially becomes available.
