Canada conducted its 24th Express Entry draw of the year Wednesday, issuing 2,757 invitations to apply for permanent residency. The lowest qualifying score was 436. What does the change mean? The number of invitations was similar to the previous two draws but the low minimum qualifying score of 436 is an indication of the broad group of individuals invited to apply for permanent residence.
