Nigeria has issued Immigration Regulations 2017 – the most significant overhaul of the country’s immigration rules in 50 years. The regulations contain significant changes for companies and foreign nationals, liberalizing some rules but also introducing new registration requirements, compliance mechanisms and penalties that employers and individuals should be aware of.
