Key Points: As of Sept. 24, individuals must submit a request to the Ministry of the Economy for an evaluation on the real and serious nature of the business creation project before applying for the “Talent Passport – New Business” visa or residence permit. To be eligible for the “Talent Passport – New Business” visa or residence permit, applicants must have: A master’s degree, educational equivalent to a master’s degree or at least five years of related work experience. A real and serious business creation plan to form a profitable business in France. An investment of 30,000 euros in the planned business.
