Zahava Stern

Zahava is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office where she manages a team of paralegals and immigration assistants to represent the business immigration needs of our clients and their employees, including both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes. Her expertise includes PERM labor certification applications, immigrant visa petition, adjustment of status applications, and visa types such as H-1B, L-1, and O-1. She has practiced immigration law since 2016.

Prior to joining BAL, Zahava practiced a broad-range of immigration law including employment visas, family petitions, removal defense and humanitarian and asylum applications. She was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023.
