Based in our Dallas office, Tom oversees Talent Acquisition for BAL. He specializes in building Talent Acquisition end-to-end functions and teams through staff selection and mentoring, project management and process improvements. Tom relies on his strong relationships with senior leaders and managers to hone BAL’s recruiting efforts, keeping BAL clients’ needs foremost in mind. Tom enhances recruiting technology tools to identify the world’s best talent for BAL.
Beyond his experience with BAL, Tom has led complex, matrixed recruiting organizations with multi-million-dollar budgets. Those efforts included building up and maintaining robust university outreach and diversity recruiting platforms, as well as building strong employer brands through social media.
Tom served his country for eight years in the U.S. Navy.
