Snigdha R. Ravulapati

As a Staff Attorney in BAL’s San Francisco office, Snigdha brings a wealth of both professional and personal experience to the practice of immigration law. She focuses on complex EB-1, L-1, and H-1B RFEs, and drafting H-1, L-1 O-1 petitions. In addition, she conducts PERM audit reviews and prepares clients for L-1 consular interviews.

Snigdha has represented clients in deportation defense matters, including affirmative/defensive asylum applications and family-based immigration petitions. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
