Skylar Hill

Skylar is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Dallas office. She works on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, Skylar served as an attorney advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Executive Office for Immigration Review. As an attorney advisor, she assisted immigration judges in effectively adjudicating removal cases by providing legal research and analysis on novel and complex issues and by drafting judicial opinions.

In her spare time, Skylar likes to read fiction novels, travel to new places and host dinner parties with friends and family.
