Samantha Lokich Zylber

Sam is a Senior Associate in the Boston office of BAL. She serves corporate clients across industries including engineering, information technology and financial services, helping them to secure U.S. work authorization and permanent residence on behalf of their foreign national employees. Sam is experienced in assisting clients with a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, with a particular expertise in the PERM labor certification process.

Prior to joining BAL, Sam was an attorney in the business immigration practice group within a large multiservice law firm in Boston for over a decade. Sam is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
