Ronald Oye

Ron is Senior Counsel in the Dallas office of BAL. His practice includes both nonimmigrant and immigrant business visa issues, as well as advising companies in immigration practice and policy concerns. Ron’s current practice focuses on advising and representing clients in a range of industries, but with a primary focus on the high tech, engineering and construction industries. He also counsels clients on public access and I-9 program compliance and enhancements.

Ron previously served in-house as corporate immigration counsel for a large technology company in Silicon Valley, and later served as an associate at a large full-service immigration firm in the San Francisco area. Ron is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
