Neelima Potireddy

Neelima is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Chicago office. She manages a wide range of corporate immigration matters, specializing in EB-1, EB-2 national interest waivers (NIW), L-1 and O-1. Neelima also assists with H-1 and PERM cases.

Prior to joining BAL, Neelima specialized in EB-1A and EB-2 NIWs. She also has several years of experience in business immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, as well as family-based immigrant visas. Neelima is an immigrant herself and is deeply committed to helping her clients navigate the complex immigration system.
