Melle Fabian

Melle is a Senior Associate in the Austin office of BAL. She is passionate about helping clients navigate U.S. immigration laws, finding creative solutions that allow families and professionals to stay in the U.S., and assisting employers with hiring and retaining foreign workers. Melle is experienced in E-1, E-2, L-1, P-1, TN and H-1B nonimmigrant categories, as well as employment-based and family-based immigrant petitions.

She routinely represents individuals, startup businesses, not-for-profit organizations and large multinational corporations across a wide-array of industries including software and IT, energy, sports, financial, insurance, retail, transportation, manufacturing and healthcare.

When she is not helping clients, Melle enjoys hiking, playing the piano, and globetrotting.
