Matt Harthcock

Matt is the Head of IT Cybersecurity and Infrastructure in BAL’s Dallas office. He is responsible for safeguarding BAL’s enterprise technology environments against evolving cyber threats and ensuring seamless IT operations. His experience spans cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, operations and application development, allowing him to navigate complex challenges and leverage new opportunities in the digital ecosystem.

Prior to BAL, Matt served as the chief information security officer (CISO) and vice president of IT infrastructure and operations for a major home security company. His role consisted of advancing the company’s overall cybersecurity program and overseeing its 24/7 critical, life-saving environment. Matt has aided companies in driving innovation and propelling success with a persistence for excellence, emphasizing continuous learning and strong teamwork.
