Katie is Director of the Practice and Knowledge Management department at BAL. Katie establishes and maintains the firm’s best practices in immigration law. She and her team have created thousands of customized email templates, questionnaires and immigration process maps for hundreds of immigration projects. Katie’s team also maintains BAL’s client-facing immigration knowledge portal, called Advisor, and keeps it stocked with breaking immigration news, articles, FAQs and explainer videos that our clients may access on demand, 24/7.

In addition, the team optimizes BAL’s proprietary technologies through automation and innovation so that legal teams can focus on making a difference for their clients.

Her mission is to utilize BAL’s best-in-class case management interface to make every filing as efficient and successful as it can be, streamline legal workflows and guide our clients through an exceptional immigration process from start to finish.

Katie is also a certified Spin instructor who loves running, cycling and making real New Orleans gumbo from her family’s recipe.
