Flor Paz Cuevas

“As the daughter of immigrants, I have a genuine interest in immigration. Having been raised in a predominantly immigrant community exposed me to the many challenges immigrants face on a regular basis. I’m excited about continuing to expand my knowledge and help people achieve their dreams in the U.S.”

Flor is an Associate in the Santa Clara office of BAL. She advises clients on employment-based U.S. immigration matters and focuses on immigrant visas.

Flor began her legal career with BAL as a Law Clerk and worked on numerous nonimmigrant visas as well as Requests for Evidence. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and enjoys running, hiking, and traveling.
