Cristina is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. She specializes in U.S.-bound nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visa matters.
Prior to joining BAL, Cristina worked at boutique immigration law firms representing companies and individuals in many facets of immigration law, including both family-based and employment-based immigration, as well as removal defense before the Executive Office of Immigration Review. She has experience with L-1 intracompany transferee visas, H-1B specialty occupation visas, F and J visas for foreign and exchange students, O and P visas for individuals of extraordinary ability (such as athletes and performers), K-1 fiancé(e) visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), and Temporary Protected Status (TPS), among others. Cristina has also supported immigrant visa matters involving PERM, EB-1C, consular processing, and adjustment of status.
