Cheryl Gardner

Cheryl is a Senior Associate in the Tysons office of BAL. She provides strategic legal advice regarding corporate immigration programs, policies, and risk management. Her clients range in size from medium-sized businesses to multinational corporations. Cheryl assists employers and employees alike in navigating the complex issues that impact employee work authorization and U.S. permanent residency.

In her role at BAL, Cheryl focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration. She manages a team that oversees the preparation and filing of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications. Cheryl has practiced law since 2009 and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
