"I started my career as a Software Tester, however transitioned to an employee development role where I discovered a passion for helping others learn new skills and watching them be successful in their new roles. I also enjoyed directly impacting business improvements while helping others grow. It's been a fun 25 years."

Audrenia is a Director in the Dallas office of BAL. She is responsible for leading the Training team in planning, directing, and implementing the training and development activities of BAL. This includes assessing and identifying BAL's training needs, measuring the effectiveness of the training activities, and maintaining a consistent culture regarding training.
She is a member of the Association for Talent Development and achieved ATD’s Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) in 2011. Before joining BAL, Audrenia managed the training functions at a variety of organizations in the medical device manufacturing, payroll and employee benefits industries. Originally from North Carolina, she and her husband have two children.
