Anthony Skeen

Anthony is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. He represents clients in all aspects of business immigration law, including PERM labor certifications, L-1, H-1B, H-1B1, TN, E-3, EB-1 and PERM-based I-140 petitions, and Adjustment of Status applications. He oversees and manages a team of paralegals in case preparation work.

Anthony’s experience encompasses both family-based and employment-based immigration law matters, including naturalization, inadmissibility waiver applications, immigrant petitions, H-2A, and H-2B visas, TN, E-2, U and R visas. He also assisted clients with removal defense, USCIS site inspections and USCIS interviews. His favorite time of the year is Halloween.
