Abhinav is an Associate in the Santa Clara office of BAL, working on all U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. He has experience assisting clients in diverse industries of all sizes, including financial services, healthcare and information technology. He enjoys helping clients navigate complex immigration laws.
