U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services updated its FAQ on the new fee rule to help certain petitioners understand how to submit the correct required fees.

The agency stated on X, “We are receiving many petitions with incorrect fees. If you are filing Form I-140, I-129, or I-129CW, ensure your payment matches the required fees or we will have to reject your petition.”
