Immigration News - Taiwan Pilot program allows e-filing for Alien Resident Certificates Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) July 25, 2022 IMPACT – MEDIUM Taiwanese authorities have launched its pilot program allowing certain individuals to submit Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) applications online. Key Points: As of July 1, foreign nationals who have received a work permit from the Ministry of Labor can file an online ARC application for themselves and their family. Taiwanese authorities will review online ARC applications within five business days. Additional Information: Taiwanese authorities plan to expand online filing for ARCs to those who received work permits from the Ministry of Education and other authorities if the pilot program is successful.
