The Sri Lankan government has said it will extend the validity of tourist visas for Ukrainian and Russian nationals who wish to stay in the country

Key Points:

• Ukrainian and Russian nationals who were in Sri Lanka on or before Feb. 28 can apply for a tourist visa extension valid until June 22.
• Eligible individuals must apply online or visit the office of the Department of Immigration and Emigration to receive the extension.
