Immigration News - Brazil Humanitarian visa for Ukrainian nationals extended Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) March 29, 2023 IMPACT — MEDIUM The Brazilian government has extended its humanitarian visa for Ukrainian nationals and stateless persons affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Key Points: Ukrainian nationals and stateless persons displaced by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine remain eligible for a two-year residence permit that allows them to live and work in Brazil. Those who are eligible for the humanitarian visa can submit applications at any Brazilian consulate. Applicants should bring a valid passport, travel documentation from Ukraine to Brazil and a noncriminal records certificate. New applications can be made until Dec. 31, 2024, subject to further extensions. Additional Information: More information regarding the two-year residence permit is available here.
