The Emirati government has eased COVID-19 entry requirements.

Key Points:

  • As of Feb. 26, individuals who are traveling to the United Arab Emirates, regardless of their departure country, must have one of the following to enter the country:
    • A COVID-19 vaccination certificate that has a valid QR code.
    • A COVID-19 recovery certificate that has a valid QR code and was obtained within one month before traveling to the UAE.
    • Proof of a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours before departure for unvaccinated travelers.
