The Peruvian government has extended the application deadline for Temporary Permanence Permit Cards by 90 days.

Key Points:

  • As of Jan. 6, foreign nationals with abnormal immigration statuses have an additional 90 days to apply for a Temporary Permanence Permit Card.
  • This extension allows foreign nationals who entered Peru with irregular status before Oct. 22, 2020, extra time to normalize their immigration status in Peru, as well as provides a route for foreigners with a terminated permanence permit.
  • Foreign nationals can begin the application process with the Digital Migration Agency through this website.
