BAL Analysis: Individuals may now freely travel to Ireland. Those traveling from Ireland to another EU country are reminded that other EU countries may still require passengers to be fully vaccinated, have proof of recovery or a negative COVID-19 test result. The response to the COVID-19 pandemic continues to develop, and BAL will provide additional updates as information becomes available.
