The Norwegian government has announced that it will update its entry and testing requirements on Nov. 26.

Key Points:

  • Travelers who do not have a verifiable COVID-19 vaccination certificate or proof they have recovered in the past six months must:
    • Have a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours of arrival.
    • Take an additional COVID-19 test after arrival.
  • Individuals arriving in Norway are required to complete entry registration unless they are under the age of 16 or qualify for an exemption.
  • Authorities may deny entry if travelers do not adhere to all entry, registration, quarantine and testing policies.
