The Norwegian government has indefinitely extended COVID-19 entry and health measures.

Key Points:

  • Citizens and residents of the EEA, Switzerland and United Kingdom as well as foreign nationals from purple countries can enter Norway.
  • Travelers from orange and green countries are no longer required to quarantine upon arrival; travelers from red, dark red, purple and grey countries must continue to quarantine upon arrival.
    • Individuals can reduce their quarantine requirement to three days if they have proof of a negative PCR test taken after the third day of arrival.
  • Travelers who have proof that they are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past six months are exempt from quarantine and testing requirements regardless of their departure country.
