Waylon Jones

Waylon is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office. His work centers on employment-based immigration, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, with a focus on nonimmigrant visas.

Prior to joining BAL, Waylon worked at a global immigration firm on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for Fortune 500 corporations across various industries. He is an experienced immigration attorney with knowledge that spans a broad range of immigration law in addition to employment-based visas, including removal defense, family-based visas and humanitarian-based visas. He has represented individuals, families and businesses in complex immigration matters.

Waylon is passionate about working with foreign nationals as they face challenges in the United States, and he takes pride in helping them achieve personal and professional success. In his spare time, Waylon enjoys traveling, watching movies, spending time with family and friends and is an avid lover of the performing arts.
