Key Points: The resumption of immigrant visa processing at U.S. Embassy Beirut is intended to help facilitate family reunification of Lebanese nationals with their U.S. citizen family members. Routine nonimmigrant visa processing is not available at U.S. Embassy Beirut at this time. Nonimmigrant visa applications pending in Beirut cannot be transferred and applicants must reapply at another U.S. embassy or consulate.
