The Malaysian government has introduced an online option for submitting Certificates of Good Conduct (SKBs).

  • Foreign nationals can now submit their SKBs online through this website.
  • Beginning Sept. 1, foreign nationals must submit SKB payments online through a cashless payment system.
  • Most foreign nationals are required to submit SKBs as a prerequisite for applying for study, work and residence permits.
