Travel authorization required for minors traveling during holidays

What is the reminder? Minor children traveling alone or with only one of their parents or relatives require a notarized travel authorization and an apostilled Birth Certificate to prove their parents approve travel and to leave the country.

Background: Immigration officers granting travel authorization for minors will request a travel authorization form, signed by both parents, and their birth certificates, which must be apostilled to leave the country. Minors must travel with a passport and ID card.
