The government of Norway has updated the minimum salary requirements for non-EU work permit holders with higher education degrees.
Key Points:
Additional Information: Employers must pay the collective wage rate to foreign nationals who are not from the EU and work in an industry where a collective agreement exists.
BAL Analysis: Employers must meet the new threshold as of Jan. 1. BAL will continue to monitor salary requirements and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
