3,000 invited to apply for permanent residency in Express Entry draw Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) February 21, 2018 IMPACT – MEDIUM Canada conducted its fourth Express Entry draw of the year Wednesday, issuing 3,000 invitations to apply for permanent residency. The lowest qualifying Comprehensive Ranking System score was 442. The number of invitations and the lowest qualifying score were the same as in the previous draw, conducted Feb. 7. Wednesday’s draw was the eighth since Canada instituted a new tiebreaking rule, where candidates with the same Comprehensive Ranking System score are ranked by the order in which their profiles were submitted.
