Yeerin Kwon

Yeerin is an Associate in BAL’s Atlanta office, working on immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based visa matters. She supports clients with hiring global talent in a variety of industries, including management consulting, corporate strategy development, health tech and retail.

Yeerin previously worked as an associate attorney at a U.S. immigration law firm, handling EB-1 and EB-2 national interest waiver cases for two years. Before that, she worked as a staff attorney at BAL, handling nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas and requests for evidence.

In her free time, Yeerin likes to pursue her various interests, including running, working out, traveling, exploring local food scenes, horseback riding and reading.
