Xin is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on a comprehensive range of corporate immigration law services, advising and managing various immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based visas tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses and their employees. Xin also handles PERM labor certification, guiding employers through the complex process of obtaining approval for hiring foreign national employees. Additionally, she provides professional assistance with applications for permanent residence, ensuring a smooth transition to permanent status for eligible employees. Her expertise ensures that clients navigate the complex landscape of immigration law with confidence and efficiency.

As an immigrant herself, Xin has a profound understanding of the challenges involved in the immigration process and approaches each case with genuine compassion. In every case, her primary focus is the satisfaction and well-being of individual employees, addressing their needs with empathy and dedication.

Prior to joining BAL, Xin worked as an associate attorney at reputable law firms in Dallas, where she provided immigration law services to multinational corporations. Before coming to the United States, Xin worked for prestigious law firms in China. She also clerked for both the Civil Court and Prosecutor’s Office in Haidian District, Beijing, China.

Xin enjoys playing tennis and has taught fitness classes, including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Gravity at Southern Methodist University. She was named Instructor of the Year at SMU’s Department of Campus Recreation.
