Tyler Vermillion

Tyler is an Associate in BAL’s Atlanta office. His work focuses on helping clients and their foreign nationals with U.S. employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, E-3 and TN visas. Tyler provides advisory services to clients’ HR and talent acquisition teams and legal departments to build effective immigration programs, helping them understand the business impact of an ever-changing immigration landscape.

Tyler has worked in the global immigration field for the last six years. In his free time, he enjoys going to movies, being active and spending time entertaining his nieces and nephews. Tyler also looks forward to a yearly backpacking trip with his brothers along the Appalachian Trail.
