Susan Mendl

Susan is an Associate in BAL’s Boston office. She specializes in both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, with extensive experience in H-1B, TN, L-1, EB-1, EB-2 and adjustment of status applications. Susan also has a strong background in handling critical writing projects for cases, including O-1, EB-1, EB-2 national interest waivers and responding to requests for evidence.
