Stephen Parker

Stephen is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL, where he focuses on PERM labor certification, immigrant petitions, and AOS. He has experience handling all aspects of the business immigration process, for primarily technology companies.

Stephen is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has presented on business-immigration panels at state and national AILA seminars and conferences. He served on the business-track planning committee for the AILA midwinter conference held in January 2023 and for 2023-2024 is serving on AILA’s Distance Learning Committee. He is passionate about service to community, having completed Leadership Richardson Class XXXVIII and pro bono service at Citizenship Clinics and outreach. When not in the office, he enjoys singing with the Dallas Symphony Chorus.
