Slater Gorham

Slater is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Dallas office. His practice includes immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, with a specific emphasis on the EB-2 national interest waiver immigrant petition process. Slater began his career as a law clerk with BAL, where he assisted with EB-2 national interest waiver petitions and responded to requests for evidence.

During law school, Slater was a member of the Student Bar Association and served on the UNT Dallas College of Law Rules Committee. Prior to joining BAL, Slater served as a legal intern at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, where he gained valuable insight and legal drafting experience in family law and probate law matters, including guardianship applications, wills and estates.
