Simone Morabito

Simone is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office. A dynamic and dual-qualified attorney, he specializes in business immigration solutions for global companies, specifically large technology companies. He’s experienced in developing case strategies, conducting thorough legal analysis and assessments, and drafting and reviewing legal documents to meet client needs.

Simone has over four years of hands-on experience working at a top business immigration law firm. Prior to BAL, he managed high-volume, complex immigrant and nonimmigrant visa cases, including EB-1, EB-2 national interest waiver, PERM, O-1 and H-1B matters. Simone helps organizations navigate immigration challenges efficiently and compliantly, focusing on strategic process innovation and leveraging BAL’s leading immigration technology.

As a native Italian and immigrant, Simone calls upon his unique cross-cultural perspective and personal journey to deliver exceptional customer experience. This background fuels a deep empathy for clients navigating the complexities of immigration, allowing him to provide tailored, insightful guidance and support throughout every stage of the process.

Outside the office, Simone has a great passion for outdoor activities, including hiking, tennis and especially running. In 2024, he achieved a significant milestone by completing the Six Star Majors, finishing marathons in New York, Boston, Chicago, London, Berlin and Tokyo.
