Simi Singh

Simi is an Associate in BAL’s Tysons office, where she advises multinational corporations on all aspects of employment-based immigration. She has extensive experience with a wide range of immigrant visa processes, including PERM, EB-2, EB-3, I-140s, adjustment of status applications, marriage-based processes and naturalization. On the nonimmigrant visa side, Simi is knowledgeable about H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas. She works closely with clients to provide solutions to all immigration needs and has experience helping clients create immigration programs, specifically related to PERM.

Before joining BAL, Simi worked at leading law firms, where she advised clients across industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, engineering and hospitality. Coming from an immigrant family herself, she offers a unique perspective and deep empathy for the challenges foreign nationals face throughout the immigration process. Simi is dedicated to making the experience as smooth as possible for both employers and employees by leading with compassion and professionalism.

Outside of work, Simi has a very close relationship with her parents and three brothers. On a day off, she likes to spend time reading outside while her senior dog roams the backyard. She is passionate about wildlife conservation and animal rights.
